We are seeking passionate individuals for the following positions:

Drafter (Positing is closed now)

Responsibilities

  • + Develop detailed shop drawing to relevant standard as requested.
  • + Prepare drawings in accordance with project or Company's standard practice for documentation.
  • + Update drawings in accordance with Design and Document Control procedures.
  • + Check and review drawings and illustrations before submission, ensuring correctness, and compliance with Company and project standards.
  • + Project Management such as attending site meetings with designers, clients.

Requirements

  • + Minimum Diploma in relevant field and at least 1 year of working experience drafting for either MEP, Civil & Structural, Architectual and Interior decoration works.
  • + Must have competency in AutoCAD.
  • + Knowledge in mechanical, assembly and installation drawing is a plus.
  • + Proactive and able to work with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environment.
  • + Fresh Graduate with the right attitude and willing to learn are welcome.

Project Manager (Positing is closed now)

Responsibilities

  • + Ensure that the design and construction works comply with all relevant statuory acts, regulations and engineering codes of practice.
  • + Manage team and technical supervisors on-site to ensure that all works comply fully with regulation and clients requirements.
  • + Supervise the construction of works in accordance with the Project Plan.
  • + Work closely with main contractor, co-ordinate with internal staff.
  • + Constantly supervise, control and coordinate works according to Project Plans to ensure timeliness and high quality.
  • + Conduct frequent sites inspections and meetings and ensure on time delivery of materials as according to schedule.
  • + Enforce site safety procedure, identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work process.

Requirements

  • + Degree /Diploma in Civil Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering with minimum 4 years' experience.
  • + Able to handle project independently & communicate well with all levels.
  • + Good contact with consultants, suppliers & contractors.
  • + Good in project & contract documents.

Project Engineer (Positing is closed now)

Responsibilities

  • + Handles site’s enquiries and troubleshooting of technical issues.
  • + Processing of project’s claims and monitor of project budget.
  • + Preparation of technical report.
  • + Handling of tender, renovation project involving architectural works.
  • + Oversee and coordinate projects involving with liaise with external vendor/contractor.
  • + Undertake design development and detailed designs

Requirements

  • + Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, preferably with minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
  • + Possess good working knowledge of civil works.
  • + Good knowledge of safe work practices.
  • + Able to analyze and troubleshoot technical problems.
  • + Able to work independently.

Purchaser (Positing is closed now)

Responsibilities

  • + Handle all purchasing duties.
  • + Source, negotiate and liaise with existing/new supplier.
  • + Liaise with site supervisor for site order.
  • + Place purchase order in conformance to local, regional and global.
  • + Timely purchase of materials based on production's requirement.
  • + Handle purchasing documents and Perform data entry, sort and file purchase document.
  • + Review purchasing activities.
  • + Coordinate purchasing activities with various departments.

Requirements

  • + Preferably with minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience.
  • + Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associate.
  • + Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • + Able to work independently with initiatives.

Quantity Surveyor (Positing is closed now)

Responsibilities

  • + Able to interpret quantity from shop drawing.
  • + Prepare BOQ, breakdown of quotation and final offer to clientele.
  • + Submission of project schedle to Main Contractor.
  • + Keep track of orders from factory ensuring the quantity and quality is produced as per our order.
  • + Submit weekly site progress report to ensuring it progress as per schedule.
  • + Other ad-hoc duties assigned management.

Requirements

  • + Preferably with minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience.
  • + Diploma in Building, Quantity, Surveying or the equivalent.
  • + Able to work independently in the fast paced environment.
  • + Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • + Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
